Let's just be frank why I feel 2 stars. I gave it 2 because the food was edible or I would have only rated it a 1 star. My rating has nothing to do with the staff attitude or taste of food. My first complaint is the people serving are dirty. I understand getting dirty and greasy happens in the kitchen, but they should not be working the front of the house. Second, the building smells of water damage and mold. Third, the food is nothing I couldn't make in my truck. Frozen preformed and precooked sausage patties that I buy at grocery outlet for $2 a bag. I give them an A for effort with the attempt at the O brien style potatoes, but they were grossly undercooked and as a result extremely oily. In all I feel like they are over priced for food that I could do myself. There was no presentation to the food and like I said dirty people. Hope I don't get sick
The owner and his wife were very friendly. It was a perfect spot to stop for breakfast on the way to crater lake and they let us charge our phones. Only thing was that it was a little pricey for the portion sizes (or maybe it was cause I was just very hungry and gobbled down everything). Other than that, loved the hospitality of this mom and pop store. Definitely better than one of the franchise restaurants. Will recommend.
Good food, great, friendly service at average prices ($8.75 - $12.50). This place is a friendly stop thats clean and eclectic. A rare find now a days that they take so much pride in even the smallest touches. Me and my family adored the stop and the food.
We could really tell these folks care about what they do. We were welcomed with a smile and it continued through us ordering and receiving our food. Food was great!
Great food. Friendly staff. No complaints. They serve breakfast all day!
The restroom even has great touches for the mom on the go!
